U4Impact – the program for entrepreneurial future makers
U4Impact is the program for entrepreneurial future makers from all disciplines. Together with the Nuremberg University of Technology, the University of Bayreuth would like to create an impact entrepreneurship qualification in the Nuremberg metropolitan region that is permanently open to students and employees of all 19 faculties of the two universities and creates a strong regional network with an impact-oriented start-up culture.
In "Mission: Inclusion", we bring together companies, social organisations, social actors and students to develop social entrepreneurial solutions for an inclusive world of work. In the Bachelor's module of the 2024 summer semester, students from various disciplines learn about social entrepreneurial expertise and methods for developing business ideas. Highlights include the Think Factory and the Practice Impulse, where students work with practitioners to understand real-world challenges and develop solutions.
